We book them in, usually for a 40-minute initial assessment at Hazelwood Park or Morphett Vale.

A letter after the first visit and again at the end of the treatment plan, so you know what we found and did.

What we provide
- Sputum and airway clearance programs, including PEP device prescription
- Pulmonary rehabilitation: small-group classes, four days a week
- Home exercise programs and home visits
- Inspiratory muscle training
- Inhaler technique and self-management education
GP Chronic Condition Management Plans
For patients on a GPCCMP we send a letter to the referring GP after the first visit and again at the completion of treatment.
Patients pay a reduced fee on the day ($108.40 initial, $88.40 standard) and Medicare rebates $63.40, leaving a $45 or $25 gap. Two pulmonary rehab classes count as one plan visit.
For respiratory physicians & surgeons
We welcome referrals directly from respiratory and sleep physicians, thoracic and cardiothoracic surgeons, and hospital outpatient teams, commonly for:
- Airway clearance set-up and review for bronchiectasis and cystic fibrosis, including trialling PEP and oscillating PEP devices before purchase.
- Pulmonary rehabilitation for COPD and interstitial lung disease, with oxygen saturation monitored during exercise.
- Prehabilitation before lung resection or other thoracic surgery, and rehab after discharge.
- Inspiratory muscle training and breathing pattern retraining.
We report back to the referring specialist, copied to the patient's GP. A specialist-referred patient can still claim a GPCCMP rebate if their GP has written a plan.

- Recent results: spirometry, imaging, and oxygen requirements
- Any precautions or contraindications to exercise
- What you'd like us to do, if you have something specific in mind
