Appointment types
First visit (initial appointment)
Your first appointment with us: a full assessment of your breathing, then we start treatment and agree on a plan.
Follow-up appointment
For patients we’ve seen before: reviewing your technique, progressing your program, or after a flare-up.
Pulmonary rehabilitation class
Small-group circuit class, four days a week, once you’ve had your assessment with us. New to the clinic? Start with a first visit.
Morphett Vale rooms
For patients in Adelaide’s south. Yuka consults from Core Physio, 188 Main South Road, every second Friday.
Acupuncture / dry needling
With one of our physiotherapists trained in acupuncture and dry needling. Booked by phone so we can match you with the right physio.
Home visit
If getting to the clinic is difficult, including straight after a hospital stay. We’ll check if we cover your area.

- Fill in the new patient form at home to save time.
- Read what to expect, including what to bring and where to park.
- Need to change it? Give us 24 hours’ notice and there’s no fee.
