Talk to your physiotherapist at your next visit, or call reception on (08) 8364 3706. Most things are sorted out on the spot.
Put it in writing
Email respiratory_physio2@bigpond.com, or post to Suite 11/539 Greenhill Road, Hazelwood Park, SA, 5066. You can use the form below if that's easier.
What happens next
- We acknowledge it. If you leave contact details, we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of business days.
- We look into it. The practice owner reviews complaints about care, billing or conduct personally.
- We tell you the outcome and what we're changing, if anything.
You're welcome to give feedback anonymously. Just leave the contact fields blank, though we then can't reply.
If you're not satisfied with our response
You can take a complaint about any South Australian health service to the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) on 8226 8666 or 1800 232 007, or at hcscc.sa.gov.au. Complaints about a registered practitioner can go to AHPRA on 1300 419 495 or at ahpra.gov.au. Concerns about how we handled your personal information are covered in our privacy policy.
Using either of those doesn't affect your care with us in any way.
